What I do

I take on the things people file under “when pigs fly”. Proofs of concept, experiments, “impossible” projects — hence Flying Pigs. Here, pigs do fly.

Got an idea but not sure it makes technical sense? I build a working prototype before you spend the budget on a full product. Fast, concrete, with conclusions on the table.

Hard challenges

Integrations with stubborn APIs, legacy migrations, systems that make others shake their heads. Where things get ugly is where I get started.

Project rescue

Previous team vanished? Codebase looks like a minefield? Deadline was yesterday? I step into the mess, tame the chaos and deliver — even after everyone else has said no.

A comprehensive AML tool: counterparty verification by Polish tax and registry IDs, public-registry aggregation and risk scoring in one place.

A health-data analytics platform: Apple HealthKit sync, a time-series database and a dashboard with drill-in charts.

PayEye — product grid in the visual search engine ML / Computer vision

A visual product search engine built on a multilingual CLIP model: upload photos, then search by text or with another image.

Robbo — a conversation with the bot on Slack AI / Slack bot

Robbo

A Slack assistant that collects organizational knowledge: mention it in a thread and it extracts facts, remembers them and answers questions with a link to the source.

How it works

No 40-question brief forms and no “quick calls” that last an hour. Three steps.

Write

Describe the problem or the idea — a few sentences is enough. I reply with questions and an initial take on whether and how it can be done.

Prototype

We agree on scope and a time frame. I build a working proof of concept — code you can click, not a slide deck.

Conclusions

You get the prototype, a demo and an honest recommendation: scale it, fix the assumptions, or drop it before it costs real money.
